Mounted on a stand, the machine runs on single-phase power with variable speed and forced lubrication. It includes wire-end and chain density sensors, a fixed spool, and a fixed chain collection plate. Suitable for producing small to large chains, it comes in versions with normal, medium, or large cams based on chain width.

Chain

This automatic tube chain machine adds decorative elements from shaped wire or flat plate onto an existing chain. Using two spools—one for the plate and one for the chain—it cuts the plate into segments, wraps them around the chain, and forms tube-shaped links. These are pressed for a secure axial fit. Tube spacing is adjusted mechanically, while their alternation is electronically programmed.
